Community Member Conduct
Never thought we would have to make a post about this, but I felt compelled to after a recent incident. This will be short and sweet.
Members of this community should NOT reach out to a vendor of the community directly.
The only time this is acceptable is with direction from the Board or management company. No member of the community should attempt to resolve issues with vendors directly. All issues with vendors should be routed through the management company. Concerns will be reviewed and addressed as appropriate by the Board.
